Product detail

The WS-530 is built for the floors a ride-on cannot use: supermarket aisles, hospital corridors, school circulation, anywhere with racking, furniture or people in the way. The chassis is 600 mm across the widest point, so it clears a standard doorway without folding anything down.

Working in occupied areas

The vacuum motor runs at 62 dB(A) at the operator position, which is quiet enough for daytime cleaning in most occupied buildings. Confirm the limit that applies to your site before you commit to a daytime schedule, because the figure that matters is the one measured in your room, not on a test floor.

Deck

A single 530 mm disc at 28 kg down pressure handles the sealed concrete, vinyl and tile that make up most of this work. The deck swings out past the chassis on one side so the machine scrubs right up to a wall or a plinth edge on that side, which removes most of the edge work that would otherwise be done by hand.

Tanks and handling

40 litres of solution and 45 litres of recovery is roughly ninety minutes of continuous work. The recovery tank lifts out for rinsing rather than being flushed in place, and the machine parks with the deck raised so the brush is not left standing on its bristles overnight.
