Guangzhou Xinlide (XLD) Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2022. The company is young. The people who started it are not: they had already spent more than twenty years in the cleaning industry before the first Xinlide machine existed, which is the reason that machine did not have to be a guess.
We work in municipal sanitation, property maintenance and commercial cleaning. Three sectors with very different constraints — a sweeping route that has to be finished before the traffic returns, a shopping centre cleaned between closing and opening, a plant floor that never fully stops — and one thing in common. The machine has to cover the area in the window it is given, tonight and every night after.
Good to use, genuinely useful, built to last
Those three are the design and manufacturing standard every Xinlide machine is held to, and they are meant literally. Good to use means an operator is productive on the first shift, not the fifth. Genuinely useful means every feature on the machine earns its place on a real floor rather than in a specification table. Built to last means the third year of ownership costs roughly what the first year did.
The range runs from walk-behind machines that stay workable where aisles are tight and congested, through ride-on machines that take labour hours out of large open floors, to intelligent and autonomous equipment that holds a route unattended. Six families, one specification process, one wear-part logic.
Professionalism is not a claim on a page. It shows up in whether the machine still performs on its four-hundredth shift.
Our mission
To move the cleaning industry toward intelligent, efficient and low-impact operation through innovation and practical engineering, and to leave the cities and communities our machines work in measurably cleaner.
What we are for
User needs decide what we build. We develop and manufacture cleaning equipment with strong performance, reliable quality and straightforward operation, so a customer raises cleaning efficiency, lowers operating cost, and improves the conditions the cleaning crew actually works in.
How we specify
Before a model is proposed we ask for five things: floor area, surface type, obstacle density, soil load and the window you are allowed to work in. Those decide deck width, tank size, battery capacity and whether a ride-on can be used at all. It is a slower conversation than sending a brochure, and it is the reason our customers rarely buy the wrong machine twice.
Productivity figures
Every machine is quoted with a theoretical productivity and a practical one. The theoretical figure is deck width multiplied by travel speed and nothing else. The practical figure allows for turns, overlap, obstacles and refilling, and it is the only one worth putting in a cleaning plan. We would rather lose a comparison on paper than have a customer plan a shift against a number that cannot be reached.
After delivery
Brushes, pads, squeegee blades, filters and seals stay available for as long as the model is in service. A machine that cannot get a blade is a machine out of service, and that is a support commitment rather than a marketing one.
